Website & Rental Terms

Bookings

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery and pickup addresses, dates, and order information. Booking availability, pricing, packages, add-ons, and service areas may change at any time.

Payment

Payment is taken online at booking through the Trafft booking site and is required before a booking is confirmed. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal, and Denver CO sales tax of 9.15% is calculated and added automatically. Additional fees may apply for late returns, damaged or missing totes, failed pickup attempts, address changes, or services requested outside the original booking.

Delivery and Pickup

Customers must provide safe, accessible locations for delivery and pickup. If totes are unavailable, inaccessible, or not ready at pickup, the customer may be responsible for rescheduling or additional charges.

Use of Rental Items

Totes and rental items remain the property of Denver Totes. Customers agree to use them responsibly, keep them reasonably clean, avoid prohibited or hazardous materials, and return all rented items by the scheduled pickup date.

Cancellations and Changes

Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their delivery one time per booking, to any open time slot, up to 72 hours before the delivery window, using the reschedule link in their confirmation email. After one reschedule, the delivery date is final.

Pickup: Pickup is always exactly 14 days after delivery and cannot be rescheduled or moved separately.

Cancellations: Cancel at least 72 hours before the delivery window for a full refund to the original payment method, with no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the delivery window are non-refundable. Refunds go back through Stripe or PayPal and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Denver Totes is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the website or rental services.
